What if it gets a question wrong?
For the first 30 days, every reply is reviewed by a real person before sending. Anything Workhand isn't sure about goes to your phone, never to your customer. After 30 days, it auto-sends only on questions it's already answered correctly.
What happens after the 30 days?
Workhand starts auto-sending replies for question types it's handled with high accuracy during onboarding. Anything new still routes to you. You can re-enter supervised mode any time.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time. No contracts, no cancellation fee. Email or in-app cancel.
Will my customers know it's AI?
By default, Workhand introduces itself as your virtual assistant. Some clients choose to disclose, some don't. We discuss in onboarding.
Do I need to change my phone number?
No. We assign a UK landline you can either publish directly, or set as a forwarding destination from your existing number. Calls land in Workhand either way.
What about GDPR and customer data?
Workhand is UK-based, ICO-registered, stores all customer data in the EU. Recordings kept 90 days by default; you can shorten or extend. Full DPA on request.
