What you're paying for

Workhand Ltd provides the Workhand AI back-office service: inbound call answering, email reply drafting, SMS handling, review monitoring + responses, the customer dashboard, and 30-day human-supervised onboarding. Standard pricing is £299/month; founding-cohort pricing is £219/month for the first 12 months (capped at 25 customers). 1,500 voice minutes/month included; £0.10/min over.

Term + cancellation

Founding-cohort customers: 12-month commitment. Standard: month-to-month rolling. Cancel anytime via the dashboard or email; service runs to end of paid period. No early termination fees. We retain your data for 30 days post-cancellation to allow export, then delete permanently.

What Workhand does + doesn't do

Workhand handles inbound customer comms in your business's voice. It does not handle outbound sales, regulated advice (legal / medical / financial), or anything outside the scope agreed at onboarding. Workhand introduces itself as Workhand when asked; we never pretend the AI is a person.

Your responsibilities

Keep your knowledge base current (services, prices, policies); review the HITL queue when items land; pay the invoice when due. We can't be responsible for replies that draw on stale or wrong information you've provided. If something needs updating, the dashboard's knowledge-base editor reflects changes on the next reply.

Liability

Workhand's total liability is capped at the fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We don't exclude liability for fraud, gross negligence, or anything else UK law doesn't allow us to exclude.

If we close

If Workhand has to close, we give 90 days notice, help every customer migrate to alternatives, and provide full data export in standard formats (markdown, CSV, JSON). You're never locked in.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England + Wales. Disputes go to the English courts.
